I have read and heard that God's love is perfect, is everlasting, eternal and the like but is God's love unconditional? A love without conditions, if that's what the statement means. Is God's love without conditions?

The answer to that question has always been NO!

2. According to Scripture, God's Love is Perfect implies is it in accordance and compliance with His Law - His Covenant. Access to His Love -- as defined in His Law --- is conditioned on submission and obedience to His Law.

This was the case during the time or Adam, Abraham, Moses, Elijah, and is also the case in Jesus Christ. God has not changed His mind nor did He lie when He said His love belongs to those who obey His teachings ans commandments aka His Law.
