I work in this company for some months and terrible things are happening here - Fatherland owns Fatherland Foundation, ForetvHub, Foremedia Music, Foremedia Studio which is under Foremedia. The owner use workers, then sack them without paying salaries.

He will bring up excuses to sack you. He will employ a new person and just when he is supposed to confirm you, he will sack you while owing you and other staff like 3 months salary. He will start owing all workers. Mine was 3 months salary.

He will start this with begging you but he will not inform you at first before hand. You will just see half salary. He acts like a soldier and will load you with 10 tasks in a day. He will add more and more without adding money to your salary. He will wake up one day and fire you for lack of performance.

He always says that there is no work out there.

The Head HR's name is Riza.

This man is w!keeddd. Fatherland is owned by a man named Harreter Oralusi. He is a politician. A for governor candidate of OSUN State and Aid to Goodluck Jonathan. He practices Traditional Religion even though he bears an English name.

And he believes that he is untouchable. Work for him at your own risk.

He has sacked many without paying them. For Some, he will pay them half when they threaten him with legal action. A lot of the staff there are planning to leave.

That place is a toxic place. There is a manger by the name Bayo, he can frustrate the living hell, out of you!

I told her that I completed all my tasks even though the other person helping out resigned because she heard that she was going to be sacked. All work load immediately fell on my head.

if you are sure about this your claim, go on all social media to expose the company more so that many more will not fall victim of this company. go to those website that give reviews to companies, state your own review about the company.

People should stop spoiling people name and repetition do people ask him why he was sack. I heard he was sack after he was been transfer from department to another because of unperformance.

But i heard you fight and argue with your female colleague that you work together in the same department. That the lady always complained that she do most of the assignment given to both of you and you guy earn same salary. She always do 10 videos in a day and likewise you always give excuse to complete 1 video in 5days.

It was due to these that you been ask to go and unfortunately yoy stole the company property along with you. The laptop and hard drive etc even battery. It was because the company has to involved your gurantors that you return the property after month of hunting for you. More over i heard your outstanding salary was paid twice. Not until you contacted someone in the company that your salary remain some certain of amount and the person said but all has been paid. But he will revert back to you. The company also have proof of evidence of how your outstanding salary was paid to you until recently you compain that the company is till oweing you 32,200.

Let stop spoiling people imagine on social media .just because you been told to go those means you can get work anywhere again.. i heard some of your colleague that was aski to resign in the past has also re-employed back into the organisation

As well organized and coordinated your accusations are towards the organization and to the chairman they are all FALSE and I urge everyone to turn deaf ears to this person and his allegations

I once worked for this company from the year 2022-2023 as a cinematographer and I was promoted to being the Team lead due to good performance and my salary was never withheld for any reason neither were there complaints from the workers.

Due to the economic crisis back then the chairman would still send extra money for stipend to his workers occasionally

I am certain the person who wrote this article is someone who wants luxury but with no labor

As I write to you all now
I re-applied to Fatherland global this month as a cinematographer and a video editor and due to my good behaviors and diligence towards my job in the past I was re-instated and everything is going on well.

So why would you choose to spoil the reputation of the company base on your own incompetence?

It’s best you bring this post down and work better on yourself and also get angry with everything and anything that may want to limit you and your progress
