I started my Europe tour on October 1st, I flew to Manchester where I stayed 2 weeks with my sister and her family.

There were a lot of Nigerians there and Nigerian businesses. I was hearing broken, Yoruba and Igbo spoken on the streets left and right, on the buses.

I got a haircut from a Nigerian barber.

I later took the train to Edinburgh, Scotland, spent 3 days there, then took a train to Glasgow, Scotland. I planned to be there for 2 hours before boarding a bus that will take me on the way to Belfast, Northern Ireland, across the Irish Sea.

It was raining in Glasgow, so I couldn't really walk and see much. I took some photos at a Square and went to get something to eat. After which I went to the Bus station. We were supposed to board at 12:30pm, but weather conditions delayed everything, because the bus was coming from Belfast and the sea was rough.

We finally boarded at 4pm, by the time we got to the ferry, it was dark, so the view was not great. I took some photos of the inside, which I will post later.

I finally got to my Airbnb around 12am at night, which is where I am at now. I have to check out in 2 hours, go check out some places in Belfast for 2 hours then jump on a train to Dublin.

If you have any advice on the following places, please leave a reply below: Belfast, Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy, Albania, Czech, Switzerland, Monaco, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Andorra, Luxembourg, Iceland, Kosovo, Greece, and Montenegro.

These are places I'm planning to visit before the 3rd week of March 2024. A lot of those trips will be by train.

In Manchester I went to the football Museum. It was a really nice experience, seeing the history and the changes over the years.

Also seeing the legends. The board games that were developed around football, all the way to the video games we have today.

Always looking forward to your threads
I no get one penny for travel but I'm always full of hope
I'd suggest you do an all road trip or train ride to see the different beautiful landscapes.
I've seen on Oma Akatugba's Instagram the beauty of the landscapes when he was doing Italy-france on the train. And the trains are extremely clean.
And I'd really love to see Austria through your eyes. It's the country I love the most in europe

Looks like you've got quite a lot of places to visit. Should be fun, I believe.

The good thing about travel in Europe is the flexibility. I've done some of those countries in circuits. It's easier to hop from one to the next especially if they share borders. If there's any tip I'll give, it's to get the Eurail train pass. It would save you lots of money than buying individual train tickets.

Thank you for reading, and please keep the hope alive! Most of those who achieved anything in life started with hope.

I will remember you when I go to Austria.

Thank you for the feedback and tip.

I'm currently using an EURail pass now. I have a 5 day in 1 month. Later I want to buy the 2 months pass with everyday being a travel day.

Which countries did you do?

I showered, packed my bags and head out of the Airbnb at around 11:57AM, and I started walking towards city center. It was raining, and that's when I realized how stupid I'd been not to research even how to get to city center before heading out. The place I stayed has some tips on the buses, but I did not look at that either.

So I looked on google maps and saw that it's a 25 minutes walk, so I just continued. I pulled out my umbrella, but the wind wanted to take it away.
But luckily the rain stopped. I saw what looks like an old church and then I started taking photos of it, and recording a video of it.

After that, I continued on my way, but then I saw a Nigerian store. I went in since I saw the fufu photo, and was hoping they have ready made food I could just buy and eat. As I entered, na one fine oyinbo woman dey run the place. Irish woman, very nice and friendly. She even gave me a free plantain chips for the road. Her husband is a Nigerian.

I told her that I'm traveling Europe and that I do Youtube, and she asked me to please feature her shop on my channel, so I pulled out the camera and recorded, but she doesn't want to be in the video, so I didn't record her. She gave me the shops instagram which is @mama_nimi

I said bye and continued, she wished me well. On the road I asked a man if I was going the right direction to city center, he said yes and we started talking and he started telling me more about the city and the history.

He showed me the University that was commissioned by Biden, the most bombed hotel in the world, the city hall, a famous bar and even showed me the way to the train station. He was with me for almost an hour showing me around. We took a selfie together.

Then I made my way towards the train station. On my way there, it started to rain again a little bit with wind. I got to the train station and there was a long line of people trying to catch the same train to Dublin. In most stations I've been to, you don't form a line, you all just stand on the platform and wait, but here, we formed a queue even before being allowed on to the platform.

2 hours later I made it to Dublin. On the train, the guy that sat in front of me was nice and gave me tips about Dublin.

It was raining a lot in Dublin. I was supposed to spend 2 hours exploring the city and then make my way to Limerick. But my in-law who lives in Limerick was already at work and would only get out at 9AM, so change of plans. I tried finding accommodation in Dublin and all over Ireland. I found a restaurant/bar at the Dublin Connolly train station and I eat a full Irish breakfast.

Finally I found a $25 hostel in Killarney, which is where I'm writing from at the moment. Checkout is in 30 minutes. I will explore the city for a bit and make my way to Limerick.

I found the entrance to the National Park, but carrying my hand luggage around with me was not fun, so I decided to catch a train to Limerick and drop off my loads at my in-laws house in Limerick, and then come back to the National Park after resting for a bit.

I got cozy and warm, after a great meal, I became lazy and didn't do jack. I stayed indoor from Saturday, all the way to Monday morning when I went to the train station to travel to Dublin and then catch a bus to the airport and then I flew to London, which is where I am at the moment.

I took the train from Limerick and made my way to Dublin. I wanted to walk around Dublin, but it was raining and cold, so I jumped on a bus to the airport.

At the airport, I ate the rice and stew that my brother-in-law gave me, drank the water to cool off the pepper in the stew, then I made my way to security. I found a place to charge my computer and phone, while I worked on some videos for my YouTube channel.

Boarded the plane and flew to London where I met my old friend Dj Douglas, and I met his wife and 2 kids for the first time. I stayed with them for 7 days, we just chilled in the house most days.

I took one day to go into city center to check out London, take photos and make some videos.

If you're looking for advice on some of the places you mentioned, I've been to Latvia and Estonia, and I totally recommend them! They're fantastic places to visit, and best of all, they won't break the bank if you're traveling on a budget. Riga in Latvia has a cool mix of history and modern life, and Tallinn in Estonia is super picturesque with its medieval vibes. When I was there, I used Rīga Rēzekne for bus tickets to travel between the two countries. It was a smooth and affordable way to get around, especially if you're hopping from place to place.
