Most Nigerians still do not know that this country is a shithole. Iraq 2023 annual budget is $159b while Nigeria's 2024 proposed budget is around $32b I saw a thread here on Nairaland of a Yoruba lady who travelled to Iraq in search of greener pasture. I noticed the ignorance of many Nigerians who kept questioning how anyone would travelled to Iraq for such purpose. For godsake, how on earth would anyone compare Nigeria to Iraq. You correct 100% 💯 Minimum wage Wages in Iraq are usually paid in the local currency, the Iraqi Dinar (IQD). The minimum wage is set at 250,000 IQD, which is equivalent to US$ 214. Nigeria minimum wage is still N30000 which is around $28! 🙀 The wage of award of 35k which would have made it 65k is yet to be implemented. So it remains 30k naira. Subhumane wage 2 Likes 1 Share |

Iraq also has 4.5 million barrels of crude a day....and a population of 43 million. Nigeria is producing 1.6 million barrels of crude a day for 220 million people. Anyway, you are still right.
