I have been reading comments on this topic and I must tell you guys it's so shameful, that "nairaland" a once lovely forum which I believe was established to promote unity and exchange of ideas amongst young Nigerians has been reduced into a forum for kids and baby adults, with nothing but ethnic tussle and tribal colouration to sensitive topics. just take a look at this thief, who is supposed to receive condemnation of the highest order, would be laughing by now, because some fools instead of condemning him will rather take the opportunity to abuse a whole tribe than to call a spade a spade, as if all the people from that tribe arranged to commit the act at a time.
The earlier nairaland mods wake up to thier responsibility the better it will be for the future of this forum. Seun, if you indeed want to have a forum to be proud of and something worth handling over to your next generation, then sit up!

Funny enough, he passed the bank's integrity test to be made a staff. Na senior yahoo banker.
Do they commit the crime before they join the Bank? Most of these acts are carried out after they join the Bank and are confirmed as staff. Even some contract staff are not exempted. Imagine the guy planning to Japa with customer's cash and make that family become sorrowful.

I don’t know why media always hide the identity of the bank and then name the perpetrator .

Small LinkedIn search shows the bank he works for currently . Funny enough his LinkedIn profile has the following description in his about :

Banker | Finance Expert | Preacher| Gospel Teacher

Which kind Yeye Gospel this one dey preach now ?

Dude was an active member in NIFES fellowship KSU that year. I knew him very well.

Most bankers work with yahoo boys, they give every information about you to these yahoo boys, who in turn pull money from the account.

To collect ordinary bank balance of a loved one who pass away, banks will want to prove to you that you ought to leave the funds for them by requesting for all sorts of documents.these banks and bankers are all thieves mehn, all of them.
In my own case, despite providing all the required docs, they still refused to remit the balance,I had to report the bank to cbn ,when cbn got involve , the bank now shamelessly remitted the balance.useless criminals that call themselves banks.

Very responsible but unrealiable fellas. The moment they notice you're going to discuss what they are being paid for, they don't pick their calls again.

I operated an account with one of them sometimes ago, saving little money there for some years and I needed the money urgently, only to tell me that the account is domant, ok I brought everything to reactivate it, they came up with the account has no mandate again. I said if I her pim...... na efcc office straight. Could you imagine that cos I wasn't withdrawing from the account they have removed my picture , when I started the drama, the branch manager called me to one corner, gave me my money remaining 4k in the account by cash and the remaining na recharge card I take am buy one night like that.

@jaysterling, abeg leave them jare. Sterling dey try small but just tell them for altfinance to dey patience with people, the others for the branch wey I dey use are good to go.

Re you their oga, make we do sample trial. It's just that I hate when people are been paid and they refuse to do the job but they are only interested in the money. I hate it with passion, however, I do t have a spare job to give them and I also consider their innocent families especially their children back home.

Of what use is an account officer that won't respond to your issue once and for all. All their ladies are only Interested in looking good while their men will be forming one yeye busy up and down.
People without passion to solving other people's problems should not go near a customer's service job or better have no business where they provide services.

Nigerian bankers no get joy, nothing integrity about them, all of their eye de shine waiting for opportunities to strike but in the meantime unnecessary #500, #1k will be missing randomly from accounts. During the Emefiele currency swap, they all became full time business men & woman, they made money
