Pls dear Nairalander, am asking this question for a friend: he lives in Nigeria with is children and he has a fiance in the united state, now he wants to invite her over to Nigeria for their marriage, pls wat are the process involved? How will he write an acceptable invitation letter? If u have a sample u can also send me through my email, again after the invitation is sent to her wat are the next steps to take ? Also how can I book hotel reservations here in Nigeria without payment ( I need the site please) I will appreciate a genuine reply pls. Thanks |

Few questions for clarity... Is your friend a single father or divorced or widower? What nationality and marital status is the person abroad. kevwemike:Ok...as long as they both have the financial capacity then the lady can come to Nigeria which will be easier via a tourist visa rather than the man giving an invitation letter. She can apply to visit Nigeria for any purpose ranging from business, conference, seminar, vacation e.t.c to secure her visa...i guess they'll both decide and arrange on the process to marry when she gets here. BTW why do you want to do hotel reservation? @kevwemike you asked a funny question...i only suggested a much easier visa application approach so nothing like been against your invitation approach...BTW you avoided my question.
