If Jesus Had Sold The Bread And Fishes... by IAmHim1: 3:41am On Oct 22, 2023
Youve all heard that cool story of jesus feeding 5000 people. Well thats true...but technically false.

jesus fed 5000 people...BUT ITS JUST MEN.
Jesus fed 5000men not including women and children...that would only make the numbers a lot more...

Now 5000 is a lot of people...if 1000 people were to gather for a protest on a busy highway, that's enough to call for a federal government attention...now picture 5000men...NOT INCLUDING WOMEN AND CHILDREN

now 5000 men are gathered in one sitting NOT including women and children and what the disciples could gather going round was just 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes.

They weren't having... JUST LIKE YOU AND YOUR CHURCH MEMBERS RIGHT??
oops!

now Jesus, the son of God, took this bread and fish and performed a miracle... feeding 5000 men not including women and children AND GUESS WHAT

There was left over basket AFTER ALL THE PEOPLE HAD BEEN FED

did you read up to the part where Jesus multiplied the bread and fish and sold it back to the people to raise money for his ministry?
(it's there...you didn't read the story finish. poor you)

or what about the leftovers?
surely those could be sold...the disciples need new clothes from all that sunburn and unfavorable weather conditions...and new shoes from all that trekking. what better way to raise money than to perform a miracle to a very large crowd and sell it back to that same large crowd...rii ??

Jesus the son of God had every right to sell that bread...did he? any record where Jesus sold a miracle??

enter stage: 'men of God'

they take your money, open schools, business, make investments...now the money has multiplied...a miracle...only problem is now you're buying this multiplication...this 'miracle'

how many redeemed members can send their ward to redeemers university? what of winners and convenant univ? You even have to buy 'anointing' oil... CHRISTIANS LITERALLY BUYING ANOINTING!!?

the son of God didn't sell his multiplication to raise money for "kingdom business" ... but men of God are selling theirs. bold huh

who better to raise money for kingdom business than Jesus, the ACTUAL SON OF GOD?

name it: stickers, prayer sands, anointing oil, convenant redeemers university(church schools) prayer band, handkerchiefs, rosaries, bulletins, church Ankara, seed sowing etc all being sold

just one question: HOW DUMB ARE YOU REALLY?
would it not be better if you did not have eyes? at least you'd say you're not seeing it. lol
would it not be better if you had no brains? At least that's a credible excuse for being stoopid

but here you are reading this still preparing for church...a building where you find God after neglecting him Monday to Saturday to contribute to a miracle and still buy back the miracle. smartass!

your eyes are talents. YOUR EARS ARE TALENTS. YOUR BRAIN IS A TALENT...YOUR HAND IS A TALENT. parable of the talents doesn't entirely mean parable of skills... lol

Your singing 'talent', drumming 'talent' or acting 'talent' is just a lil part of that equation
(You're a tall guy...how did the short people around you benefit from your height? You're a rich man...how did the poor benefit from you? You're intelligent...do you discriminate the unintelligent ones? You have a fat ass...do you rub it in the face of those with less ass? You have beautiful skin...do you rub it in the face of those who were born without beautiful skin??)

That's talent...it's given to multiply. Have you multiplied your numerous talents yet?

you're not investing your brain 'talent' well... neither are you investing your eyes 'talent' or ears 'talent' well. guess what the master will do to you and your BURIED' talent when the day of reckoning comes.

I said GUESS, not panic!

Enjoy yourselves. Lol

Nonsense as usual. Are Redeemed members complaining? When people like this come to blogs like this, they spew nonsense. It is true, many cannot send their children to church universities as members.

Yet, there are so many benefits these schools have brought. Imagine America with 400 million population with 5000 universities and degree awarding institutions. Nigeria is half that size with 200 or less. Those that have the money send their wards to mission schools, the less expensive ones by those that afford it.

In mission schools, duration of courses are not marked by strikes occasioned by government - lecturers rifts. This also makes government school to sit up. In some of these government schools, their scientific apparatuses are obsolete. I attended the most prestigious university in Nigeria for my masters in engineering.but when I watched documentary on Afe Babalola and Covenant Universities. I discovered that my own department was a joke. Most government institutions are poorly funded are equipped. These latest universities are part of what encourages ASUU to sit on government neck to demand for good environment and instruments for learning. Are they not same lecturers teaching in both government and private schools.

Anyway, I contribute to my own mission schools, my children attended up to secondary but now in federal universities I can afford. Do I have to feel bad? No.
Whatever, we do, we see it as unto the Lord. The missionaries that brought the gospels, came to sacrifice their lives. Now we have the gospel. Is it too much to sacrifice our money for the benefit of humanity?
We christians do not think that way. The more we build, the more we create good future for our future generations. We don't care about the money but the benefits to humanity.
In the secular, people do insurance without benefits. How much.more for the course of God?

You only need to know the real Christians we don't just contribute money to enrich some materialistic Yahoo big boys but it's just a pity that most of you get carried away when you see them singing and worshiping in Jesus name you don't give a damn about what Jesus actually assigned his disciples to do as WORKS of FAITH! Matthew 15:8-9 smiley

1) real Christians follow Christ. Show me the part where Jesus sold anointing oil, holy water or anointed handkerchiefs...if the Son of God didn't, why are ordinary pastors doing it?

You're basically buying anointing... something that was given freely.

Mark this today, the only reason you're buying anointing from pastors was because the anointing was sold to them

2) singing and worshipping God in public is you saying God only sees public works. What's the difference between you n the pharisees?

3) schools were built ...yes...if it had been the church of Satan that built those schools and equipped it with the best of the best, would you send your children to attend such magnificent schools?

You still don't get my point.
True Christians don't sell anything to anyone in the name of sacred service.

After the group name we borrowed in Antioch (Christians) was bastardized the true God hid the group name He had in mind to call His true worshipers for centuries until the year 1931. Isaiah 65:15

We are JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES! Isaiah 43:10-12

We are not misinformed churchgoers!

Totally off-point
Why not address the OP?
Besides, you make your religion look more or less like a business or social enterprise

Me I am waiting for when Jesus will come and change water to sweet wine since all you believers are too weak to do such a simple miracle (even though Jesus supposedly said y'all will do greater miracles yet this simple one y'all are too weak to perform it).
