yes because Nigerian resources has been domiciled in Lagos and Abuja with crumbs of allocation given to other parts of the country, barely enough to pay civil servants not to talk of capital investment. Even parts that contribute most to the resources are left out in favour of lagos, abuja, kano and ph. Is lagos what it is today because of yoruba superior intelligence or because it was Nigeria's capital for 76 years? How can we be like Abidjan when foreign investors who enter the country only stop at Lagos and Abuja?
