They execute in America too, once you get death sentence and your appeal fails, lethal injection or electric chair awaits you, that's why America is still sane...what are we keeping scums for, when we are approaching 300million people, with almost a 3rd of this number being parasites. Death sentence helps to deter criminals and reduce crimes. Hardened criminals don't fear jail.
