I will be having my first interview next month, this is not a work interview, this is just a interview to start a project. I'm not that intelligent , I'm not smart, I'm not enough 😩😩😩. But God keep helping me succeed in every things I do!!! I need help guys!! Have rehearse everything they will ask in the interview, have prepared. But I have a very big problem which is my heart!!! It will be beating like it want to kill me to the extent that I will be sweating!!! Have asked some friend the said I should be smoking and using drugs that it will cure!!! I need help guys. You can also see my previous post on how naive I am!! ..... I'm working every fucking day to develop myself... but this heart is like my greatest problem!!!

You need to imagine and picture you In the interview, picture a very strict person in your life as the interviewer and give yourself a full mental picture of the interview

Fear would make you black out and want to open your eyes to reality... When you do, go back to the meditating state

You have everything it takes already…. If it’s allowed, take someone you’re very free and comfortable with along… someone that in dia presence you can take the world you get.✌🏿😇

You will succeed

A friend of mine will always say, "Are you scared of presenting? Then do it scared!" Whatever you are scared of, do it scared!

I have come to realize that in interviews, the interviwers are not really there to judge you, but are rather there to learn from you. So, even if your heart is beating fast, or if your voice becomes strained, the interviewers do not really care about that. They rather care about the message that you are passing accross. People care about results, not presentation skills (except you are interviewing for the role of a public speaker).

Also, you are human, and at times, a little nervousness and vulnerability shows that you are indeed human and not a robot, and it also signifies that you are involved and interested in what is going on.

Before you start your presentation, tell the interviewers - as a form of introductory joke - that you feel very nervous about the interview, and that is because this is a very serious and important event for you, and your heart is fully into it that you can barely take your mind off it.

They will laugh and not judge you all through the interview.
