Please help me to break their table 3legs...that bank really frustrated me times back.

During my NYSC Camp Registration, we were forced to open accounts with certain Banks, as a result of que I decided to open access because I don't have an account with them before but I forgot about the account till date.

I never bothered to visit the bank since last month because I thought they were going to reverse it and have done several transactions from that account....I have asked the receiver several times if it miracly came through to the extend he's getting annoyed with me telling me to visit the bank... I shouldn't ask him anymore.

It's obvious access bank are thieves and are trying to play a fast one on me.
More than 4weeks now....

To them I might not noticed, I think they are crooks in this bank's that diverts money one way or the other.


I mean a normal failed transactions should be reversed without complaints from the customer... that's how my palm pay does... that's how my first bank does...same with my keystone.


I never get their time yet... when I go craze enter that bank...they print out my account statement and tell me what happened to that 20k.. thieves.

Just go the bank and fill out a dispense error form and they will reverse the transaction once they confirm your story after an investigation!

access bank does not joke with failed transactions.

What happened to downloading and using a bank app so you can always download your bank statements which will make it easier for you to spot errors.

The bank processes thousands of transactions on a daily basis and there are thousands of transactions which result in errors for higher sums which rank above your miserable 20K that is hanging therefore you actually need to bring this to the notice of the bank so they can attend to it

I just felt like opening a thread yesterday to share my experience because I saw same similar thread from someone yesterday dragging another bank.

I also used other bank's and they don't operate this way.. automatic reversal within ,2 to 3 days as stated.
You don't have to call them or write them since it's failed transaction it comes back



When I get my money back I will state it here that it has been resolved and not a fast one.

But still I am disappointed in their service
