It is unfortunate that developing countries in general and African countries especially still consider the self-fulfilling projections of these International Institutions relevant.

They usually give signals to their International corporations on where to pounce. As they rate any developing countries high with developed countries; money rushes in with the expectation to get future rewards from their investments.

Before the investments mature, the big boys go in and raid all the investments into red and their Stock Markets fall.

The vicious circle continues forever!
