Hi, everyone, we all want to lose weight or fat as soon as possible. We always look for different types of stuff, so we can lose weight fast. But you know what I will guide you with the best top 8 tips, so these tips will not only help you to lose weight and fat But it will also help you to get in shape.

Important Tips:

1.Variety in Workout: Guys don’t ever stick on the same kind workout for a longer period of time never get your body use to of the same kind workout. Always change length, Type, Intensity, and Routine of workout like add some cross-fit or plyometric high-intensity workout program in your normal routine never get your body use to of anything. You should be breathless at the beginning of your minutes then u should keep pushing yourself for the next level like u got breathless first 2 minutes then u should multiply with 5 means u have to do it 10 min they u have done high-intensity workout.

4. Endurance Or Strength:
most of the trainee in the gym they always ask me the same question over and over again about should I do endurance or strength. As u know it all about your fitness level if u are a beginner go for endurance first get your body use too little it will save u from injuries and if u re intermediate or advanced trainee go for strength.

6. Right Techniques: whenever u lift in the gym always stick on the right posture because it will not only help you from injury it will also help you from reducing fat from your target area.

7. Cardio
: What I suggest from experience do cardio at the end of the workout and don’t do it every day and always do some time high intensity and some time continue cardio. It will help you to burn more fat. Some trainee in gyms what they do they do cardio first what happens if u do cardio first u will use most of your energy in cardio and u won’t be able to do good hard weight training and in weight training, we burn more fat than cardio and most of it weight raining help us to get in shape and look more strong and well defined.
