Francis Oluwatosin Shoga has eulogized the son of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria doubled as the Grand Patron of the foremost sociopolitical organisation-- City Boy Movement, Mr. Seyi Tinubu on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
