I have a desktop system i have not used for a long time (for up to 2 years)

I have not had time for the desktop computer, due to work (working for a company)

I will like to use the desktop system for some side hustles and to also complete some office work at home

how do i update the system to a current window

What do i setup in the desktop system, so as to serve me well

✔✔The desktop system still powers ON

✔✔Don't have Money to call Engineer for now,
that is why i want to update/upgrade the
desktop system myself

✔✔The desktop system is still using Window

For side gigs if it connects perfectly to an internet connection and you have working browsers then get involved with transcription and dissertation jobs/gigs.
