Heya, is he the reason you also don't have government water from your taps, or 24/7 electricity or ordinary electronic voting?

You are already in defense mode, ready to defend your evil politicians, even if it's on an empty stomach

Tell your governor to give you water.

Coming from a public funds pilferer, if the public acts, someone like Amaechi would have tasted jungle justice.

FACT.
Even if you increase fuel price to 5,000 per litre, Nigerians will still buy it and say GOD WILL HELLP US and that is where it ends.
Bag of rice went from 7,500 to 60,000. Spag went from 80 naira to 650 and we are still rushing to buy.

Same set of Nigerians will sell their votes for 2k when the next elections come and they turn around to blame politicians.

Move on, your candidate has lost.

I don't understand how Nigerians lost their office of the citizen.

Lol. Even from Amaechi? Once they're out of power, they automatically become Saints, find their voice again and start to identify with the masses. Some would even try to instigate the masses against the govt once they're not members of the cabinet anymore.
This is the same corrupt Amaechi who refused to pay youth corpers their monthly allowances for many years when he was the governor of Rivers state despite the fact that the state was and still is swimming in money.
Shame on you, Amaechi

Yes! He was a gov for 8 solid years, did he provide water for Rivers state residents as part of his duty despite the state being a rich state? He was equally a minister under Buhari, may be he thinks we have short memory

What makes him that? The crook stopped paying corpers allowance when he was a gov of a rich state when poor states across the nation were paying their corpers what they could afford. His mini railway projects is there lying abandoned till date. Someone who's supposed to be rotting in prison.
You sure you do know a finest politician when you see one?

Nigerians Will Rather Commit Suicide Than Act - Amaechi

Depends what he means by Act. If by Act he means political and social restiveness of the sort that characterised Africa in the past then he hasn't thought this through or he is being selfish. But don't take anyone's word for it or Romanticise Revolutions, do research. look at nations of Africa or include South America and the Caribbean. Draw up a list of nations whose citizens were historically the most reactionary and compare them to nations whose citizens were comparatively less so. Next compare the level of development achieved by list of historically restive nations versus docile ones today.

is easy to say such online.
The truth is sw wouldn't protest because of tribal issue.so is left for the north to act because dt poli.establishment weak point but they waiting for the south and also due to fact DT they refuse to act during buhari administration.
If d south east, ssand north central act only they say ah na obidient na opposition they crash such protest.
The real solution is for women/girl to start to act to protest then youth go follow then men and north got follow the protest.but this govt might crash it.one they will crash Lagos and abuja which is the vital point of any protest.they have ur NIN,THEY USE THAT because PHOTO/VIDEO IF PROTEST GO DEY ONLINE FOR D WORLD TO SEE.

Ibos should go and start the protest on the street.

Re: Nigerians Will Rather Commit Suicide Than Act - Amaechi by onuman: 6:37pm On Oct 28, 2023
It's natural. It's understandable.
There are three major ethnic groups in Nigeria at conflict with one another, resulting in a heavy pull in three directions from Nigeria itself.
They can NEVER get together for a common cause. After the fall of the Berlin Wall,
Europeans have dissolved nearly all the multi ethnic and multi religious countries that existed in Europe because they got to see that such countries never thrive.

But because of lucre in the south of Nigeria, people of the some regions of Nigeria clutch tight to one Nigeria like passengers clutching tight to a sinking ship because the ship carries valuables. Deeping poverty is it in dysfunctional Nigeria.

Same man who campaigned for Buhari and was a minister under him and did not point fingers then, he was even former governor of rivers state, who was accused of looting billions and many uncompleted projects.
Who is he blaming now?; the people.
