Good day Nairalanders

Any time I try to use my phone to dial Firstbank USSD code ,I always get this reply.

"Sorry you are Unblacklist to use USSD."

Please do anyone know how to get this resolved?


I did some Google search I read it is the IMEI number of my phone that have been blacklisted. Although I have not changed the sim for another phone to try because my firstbank APp was tire to the said phone that I'm using.
I want to see how this can be resolved.or if any one was in similar situations like this and how he resolved it.
