This one is looking for a girl to deceive or probably traffic for a sinister motive.

The fact he gave out info on "relocating abroad" has dimmed his quest suspicious. he's using the "abroad" as a bait to lure an innocent gullible girl into an unforseen plan only God knows.

Real "abroad" people won't come online to solicit for a wife; they would be weary of coming into a scammer or imposter.

There're family members he could ask to look for a wife for him, there're friends, relatives but he choose to come here?
