Fastest growing economy due to high demand for crude oil, dollar was being backed by foreign reserves under those government, this government is not doing that.

The difference between South Africa and Nigeria today is that those years PDP wasted looting and sharing, commission a project and abandon it but the money will disappear, South Africa was busy building standard roads, schools, hospitals and attracting businesses.
