Hi guys, I work at the island for a big organisation for 24hours a day. The next day I went to my other shift which is the same 24hours but the pay is poor compare to the former, the latter salary even twice is still poor to the former and it is very stressful. So, me that came from the mainland with high expectations and promises that I won't go back home empty handed or regret, I will either make money or acquire enough skills that will save me from salary earning dependent. This is November and I've concluded that I will stop the second low paying job December ending and use the time to acquire a skill to add value to my life.
But concerning the skills, am confused and I want you guys to advice me as no man is exceptional. Though am in my early thirty, with no wife or kids.

Phone repairer, barbing or driver...

If you choose driving unless you have a means of buying your car, you'd end up as an employee for someone with a car. Whereas, barbing and phone repair will give you your freedom as it has a low startup requirement. Plus, barbing and phone repair skills are always going to be in demand so you don't have to stress about income.
