1. Remove JAMB and Post UTME. Encourage all Universities to admit up to three times the population that they already have. They should allow students to rotate online and offline lectures. This will generate more money for the schools as well as the country and will in turn lead to increase in employment. Afterall, some countries earn money from schools only because they don't use any hurdle to discourage students from schooling.

2. Encourage individuals to open Universities. This will admit more students and employ more people.

3. Create National farms. The so called rain forests can be converted to farms. These farms will employ almost all professionals. E. G. Builders, Doctors,
Verterinary doctors, animal scientists, engineers, farmers, drivers, accountants, food sellers, mechanics, estate agents, etc.

4. Encourage National farmers to go back to university on part time basis. Money will continue to be paid as school fees and there will be massive employment in the country.

All these things are so simple and very easy to implement.

3. The rural farmers can be employed. The university is not equal to open university for instance, every university should have their online campuses and learning online should be optional or students can decide which day to learn online and which day to come to school physically. For instance, zoom can be used to deliver lectures in real time to students within or outside the lecture halls.

Only few coarses can be lectured without practical classes

Farming is more mechanized with great investment in tractors , fertilizer and techs.. rural farmers would require training
