There has been an extension for customers using the STS prepaid meter to Update their NN details till November 15. However, till this day, many customers are finding it difficult to link their NIN to their meters. For others they are yet to receive the 3 pairs of 20digit token promised to be sent to customers upon vending as from November 1 in order to complete the upgrade. Has anyone been are to complete this process? Kindly share useful tips.

I am stuck too. I have successfully linked my nin but didn't receive any kct codes |
