This is an Appreciation Post for Mr Jimoh Rauf Gbadamosi. Born and raised in Nsukka.

Mr Badamosi hails from Osun State but has lived all his life in Nsukka and has most of his investments in the town. He is a perfect definition of the word Philanthropist.

Below is a list of his Philanthropic works in Nsukka.

-Built a Church for the people of Ibagwa.
-Built and Equiped Ovoko Health Center.
-Constructed over 20kms of Rd in Igboeze South LGA and beyond.
-Constructed a Beautiful Stadium 🏟 in Ibagwa Aka.
-Currently constructing a Road from Umeano Junction to Odenigbo Roundabout with double drainage, Asphalting and Street Light.
-In December 2021, he gave out over 100 Motorcycles to the people of Nsukka.
-And so many more that I cannot remember.

Citizens filling in the gap for political office holders and government. They get elected after bogus promises and then turn around to embezzle public resources, leaving the jobs to private citizens. Do not be surprised that the local government chairman would have raised invoices to claim the amount expended carrying out those projects, acting as they are jobs done by the local government.

Nowhere in this country is spared by the wickedness of politicians. Infrastructures are in the same condition all over the federation… very horrible. Only a few days ago Senators told us that the reason for purchasing SUVs of 160m was to them tbe poor state of the roads. Because citizens are aloof and sheepishly support them, the country continues yes to suffer.
