I'm really in pains, can't sit at all talk more of sitting for long, and any wrong move I make, it will start bleeding, the pain is excruciating... Please help a brother.

You are most likely suffering from a strangulated Hemorrhoid.

Practise sitz bath.

Disolve a tea spoon of table salt in about 2 litres of warm water inside a bowl. Add disinfectant like dettol. Sit in the bowl for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Do this at least 3 times a day, it will help you.

GAVE ME SOME EASE AND THEN CAME BACK WITH HARD PAINS. FINALY SOLD MY CAR FOR SURGERY IN MAY. COST ME 350K FOR EVERYTHING. AND HAVE BEEN DOING WELL. My brother, the money isn't available right now, but then surgery would be my last resort...
I just need something to calm the pain for now.
