How to slide to Dm and get response...

Even small me finds it difficult to respond to messages from unknown persons coming to exchange pleasantry on my DM, therefore I feel there are other bigger persons who feels the same way.....

Shun the mentality of all these unnecessary pleasantries Hello, Hi, good morning sir, how are you? bra bra bra like that .

Do it like this ...

1. Greetings .....just simply greet the person

2. Introduction ..... Simply introduce yourself and add only profile that relates to the person you need response from....for example you are a farmer and teacher ....
If you need attention of someone for Agric purpose ...simply say your name and what you are doing in Agriculture, don't bug them with your teaching profile....

3. Appreciation...find the shortest possible means and praise the person for the work he is doing ....
Make the appreciation practical and real...
for example...
I am excited over your last announcement of 20 youth empowerment program in your organization...this makes people believe you follow them for real.

4. Why you are reaching out....take out time and make sure you caption your reason for reaching out aptly and clearly....
Find a way and add what is possible for the person to benefit from you.

5. Feedback strategy... Make sure you end with action words ...such as I would love to see you, call you, get your opinion,get your response, get your contact, etc ....this will provocate a conversation with such a person....

In my messenger, I have hundreds of irritating pleasantries which I don't know how to respond.... someone I know have said Hi to me for more than 10times....

Stop it and learn this ....
