Nope because Iran hasn't become a hub. Organ aren't compatible with everyone. I don't think people like the idea of buy organs on that level.

I can never sell my kidney or any part of my body for money

But can willingly donate to any1 I consider worthy of it

OK so where the demand for these organs coming from? Organ sales have been legal in Iran for decades yet you don't see an international market for it. The foolish Ekeremadu's had their opportunity to do it in Iran legally but instead decided to go to UK ultimately going to prison.

Even in the black market, your kidney cannot sell for a miserly 20,000 USD. That's too low.

It is unethical to sell your organ and it why first world countries have laws against organ trade.

An average hungry Biafran wouldn't think twice about that. They even sell their women and mothers, what is a kidney to them
