I signed up for the Data Analyst course at Sigma Academy because my employer wanted me to work with data. I didn’t have any experience in IT, but it was fine.

During the course we covered all basic topics from data cleaning to visualization, and studied Python and SQL. The material wasn’t easy and I had to ask questions, but I learned a ton about how to analyze data and draw insights from it. The instructor was always there to help me out when I struggled with something.

One of the things I really liked about the course was that it focused on hands-on learning. We got to practice our skills on real-world data sets, which helped me develop my data analysis skills.

I never missed an online class because my employer wanted me to be there, but I still found the recordings useful if I wanted to go back to revise some topics.

We worked on individual projects for a portfolio, and that’s good to have something as a proof that you can do things. I also got a certificate that states what I learned and how much time I spent studying.

I think this course by Sigma Academy was well-structured and comprehensive. It definitely taught me the skills I need to conduct data analysis at work.
