I have a new building but yet to come completed. My major fear is the dampness because i did not do German floor and the building is remaining plastering. My question is will a water-proof cement mix with normal cement and sand for plastering prevent any future wall dampness?? And what is the mixing ratio of those components  Pls assist me. I am looking for a good suggestion to help prevent my house from dampness because I know it will happen because most houses in the surroundings has dampness. |
