Hello house, thanks to everyone that contributed to my recent post about choosing between 20 tons gas plant or agricultural business. I have decided to go with farming to add more value to our country and give back to the community. I’m in the middle of negotiation to buy 50 acres of farm land in Ogun state for green house organic crop farming , goat, cattle and snail farming. But the issue I’m having right now is that living here in Lekki Lagos and going to my farm can be a bit stressful, so I decided to buy one plot of land in owode egba which is closer to the farm land. Now I’m thinking of a simple container house since I will only be staying there anytime I visit the farm, but someone is advising me to build a 2 bedrooms which I don’t think it is necessary. The container and the interior fixtures cost 7m which is slightly negotiable , attach is the pictures of the container tiny home. I will appreciate if anyone can advise me on which one to go for. Thanks in advance

Build the 2bedrom flat Ooooo...........it will forever be an investment........even wen u no longer stay there cud still put it up for rent......

This particular container doesn't look like something dat would guarantee your safety........security wise.......

Eh island no be mainland Ooo........

What if you travel for weekend and come back only to discover your container home has been relocated grin?

I will buy 2 large Rottweiler, the land will be fenced and gated so that nobody has access to the compound apart from me and Someone who I will employ when I’m not around to take care of the dogs.
