Are you relocating or about to JAPA and you have a reasonable landlord Or are you a landlord that can waive agency and commission so I can come directly to you. Please I need your help as I am getting frustrated on this matter. I am in an urgent need for an apartment around Gbagada and Ogudu axis but agency fees are killing. I need a very good miniflat but my budget is N1m. I saw some good houses but by the time agency and commission come in, the prices would start carrying me to where I no know and I would be forced to forget the house.
