CRUDE OIL EXPORTATION AND IMPORTATION LICENSE AVAILABLE FOR SALE .

The license is for exportation and importation of PMS, AGO and DPK.

The license is for big capacity loading as follows:

AGO: 100,000 MT
DPK: 75,000 MT
PMS: 245,000 MT

EXPIRY DATE: AUGUST 2023

PRICE IS 5 BILLION NAIRA NET

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

Address will be forwarded to the buyer to send his LOI

LOI is to state in agreement with the following below

*Acceptance of the license cost of 5 billion naira net.

* Request for invitation for a meeting with seller where people will be sent to DPR for verification and authenticity of said license.

* An indemnity bond of #500 million naira each to be exchanged by buyer and seller at the meeting before verification/authentication.

* Upon satisfactory verification and authenticity check of the license, buyer has a seven day window period to effect purchase of the license. Failure to effect payment leads to forfeiture of #50 million naira by the buyer. The seller forfeits #10 million naira if the license is not genuine.

*Buyer to be responsible for either the seller's mandate or lawyer's logistics from Lagos to Abuja for the meeting.

*In this transaction, buyer is to settle his agents while seller is to settle his agents as well

* Seller to pay his brokers while buyer is to pay his brokers

NOTE: 5 PERCENT COMMISSION TO BE PAID BY BUYER....SELLER TO PAY 5 PERCENT COMMISSION TOO
