CGPA: 3.53/5.0 or 2.8/4.0
Last 2 Sessions GPA: 3.45/5.0 or 2.78/4.0
IELTS: NIL/NA - I am from an English Speaking Country as First Language
GRE: 323/360, Q(160/170), V(163/170), AWA(5/6)
Work Experience: +12years in IT/Telecomunications
Publications: 3 Internationally Published Journals in IT and Data Security

I have already initiated admission process with the following universities:
1. Memorial University of Newfoundland
2. University of Victoria, BC
3. University of Alberta, Alberta

My major worries are:
a) Poor SoP
b) Poor LoR
c) Poor CGPA/GPA

I want to apply to 2 more Universities, kindly advise.
