What they earn is not even the problem, the country can still shoulder their abnormally big salaries. It's what they take, through graft, jobbery and other more terrible forms of corruption, that's what kills the system!

Their fat earnings is why they can kill to win. That is exactly where Nigeria problem is.
Jagaban should do something about it. Let them be on minimum wage or something slightly higher.

Their salaries are supposed to be on taxes and not on our resources, the private sector is supposed to take charge of that

Because of the self entitlement from the masses.

Tbh, the moment you are elected, the bills are unending

Those who supposed to complain about that are the real culprits, so na eyes over looking things

They vote themselves money 💰. Similar activities used to happen in the United States until a constitutional amendment was made. When information on their salaries and allowances aren't public record they can run wild. If they had to wait to collect after an election year I bet they would quit their antics. Their American counter parts simply refused their salary increases since 2009.
