to be candid you have to be caution you are not buying RCCG land, because they bought some reasonable large parcel of land in simawa in different location, for the new proposed auditoruim, the main university canmpus and RCCG airport. I know the family in simawa that sold land to RCCG, one of the family is like a brother to me, so that give me the oppoutunity to know everywhere RCCG have land in Simawa,there is no accusation of any form in simawa because of rccg influence in that area, presently now, i have acres of land for N1m per acre and i have plots of land along the tarred RCCG Simawa road for N700k per plot, you can also buy inside our estate Garden of Eden in simawa for N450k per plot for more information please contact Adeniyi on 08183082289
