Pls house, I went for a MTN sim swap in one of their office here in Nasarawa state on 16th of October 2023. Up to this moment, the new SIM has not been functioning. Cant make call, receive or even send SMS. I've contacted their support severally all to no avail. I keep getting a pop up message whenever I put on the phone that Activation completed, that I should switch off my phone and on it again. I've been obeying this message since the day I did the sim swap. Pls house, what could be the possible solutions

Simply the old Sim is still active and the user hadn't restart or off their phone since then |
