Constructing More Roads Will Boost Economy Of FCT, Says Wike by TheRareGem1(f): 2:34pm On Nov 23, 2023
Nyesom Wike, minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), says investing in road infrastructure will scale up economic activities in the nation’s capital city.

Wike said this on Wednesday during an inspection of ongoing road projects in Abuja.

One of the roads inspected was the Outer Southern expressway which stretches from A.A Rano through Deeper Life junction.

The road is being constructed by China Geo-Engineering Corporation (CGC) Nigeria limited.

The minister also inspected the Northern N-20 expressway in Jahi district being constructed by Gilmor Construction firm.

“This is what the people want, it is not theory; it is practical, let them see the action. They have lost hope, but hope is coming back through the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu,” Wike said.

“When I came on board, these roads were abandoned and I had to invite the contractors, and then we sat down and agreed on the way to fund the projects.

The contractors have assured us that these roads will be completed on time.”

Wike added that some of the projects have been set aside to mark President Bola Tinubu’s one year anniversary.

He added that there would be a lot of commissioning in the days ahead.

The minister praised the contractors for the job done so far and urged them not to reduce the quality of work

“I am pleased that the people are happy as they are satisfied with what President Tinubu administration is doing,” he said.

“It is not magic; it is a matter of commitment to satisfy our people. When you do the right thing, the people will jubilate.”

Truth be said. Wike’s style of iron fist governance is what the black man needs.

Know what is good, do it despite the pain and watch the masses enjoy the dividends.

Wike is the best thing that will happen to Abuja after El Rufai.

Honestly we are happy ooo!
We Yoruba people in particular are happy with the reforms of our illustrious son Bola!
Bola remains the best thing to happen to us since Democracy.
We have electricity in abundance, food, security, economy u name it. Bola has done exceedingly well.

The only enemies of Nigeria remains those rich people from the East who spend Nigerian money like it is water. How they make their millions I can't explain.

Bola On your mandate we shall stand!

As usual
Suffering and smiling, illiterate and hungry people walking on the constructed roads. Nobody glorifies roads more than Nigerians, they can be starving for 600 years, but once you construct for them poor quality roads, watch them jump and sing praises to you.

Hahahaha!

Anyday a Yoruba person wakes up and found out that the IGBOS are no longer in NIGERIA, they will cry till infinity sincerely speaking.

What can a Yoruba man do, say, think and act without the IGBOS?

If you doubt me go and check why they always cry anytime they hear about Biafra agitation that doesn't in anyway affect them.

Funny thing is that they pretend always that it doesn't bother them but na big LIE.

It didn't start today abeg.

This road is always horrible each time it rains. Nice move by FCT minister.

.
This road has been ongoing for close to two years. The former FCT minister did so little in Abuja. We now have a fresh breath with Wike.

Thank you Tinubu for this wonderful appointment.

Next should be from SunnyVale junction passing in front of Next Global Estate

Come to Jikwoyi Extension Sir.

Valington estate people are oppressing and taking over people's lands and converting the lands to their estate.

Thousands have lost their properties to these thugs and thieves masquerading as real estate companies.

Wike it is only you that we are looking up to.
