Can Nigerians believe that all the foolish people wailing about this refinery I quoted above are all igbos.

Can you also believe that Orient petroleum Peter Obi commissioned since 2013 over two decades ago is yet to produce a single litre of fuel yet all the fools above dare not say a word about it but they are quick to insult Dangote that just opened less than a month.

When we say some igbos are born devil 😈 these are the ones we talk about. Such Igbo will insult Awolowo who the world know for is progressive leaning n praise a coup supporting tribal jingoist like Azikwe even label him zuk of Africa but let them tell us a single thing Azikwe did for Africa, even Nigeria.

according to https://academic.oup.com/jncics/article/4/6/pkaa088/5919078?login=false. living around 48 km to the refinery increases your risk of serious kind of diseases e.g. cancer. it is good idea to undertand the risks. anyone reading this can safely disregard the info if quality health is not their primary concern.

Thanks for the wonderful information,I'm very sure all my properties are within a safe distance from the Refinery,no fears for those who decide to buy properties in My Estate.

If it was easy the government of Nigeria would have done it a long time ago just like Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries.

^^^
You have raised the key questions, perhaps without intending to...but you have phrased the issue of building an oil refinery solely as one of 'ease'...whereas it is not.

It was easy enough for the Saudi government. Why not Nigeria?

It was easy enough for the Russian government (bedeviled by crony capitalism). Why not Nigeria?

It was easy enough for the Norwegian government. Why not Nigeria?

It was easy enough for the Qatari government. Why not Nigeria?

It was easy enough for the Libyan government (fractured, war weary Libya undecided). Why not Nigeria?

It was easy enough for the Venezuelan government (Venezuela - an economic basket case). Why not Nigeria?

Why can't Nigeria get its refineries to work? Why?

This is becoming irritating as Buhari ensures he commissioned a 70% refinery under construction all in the name that he wanted his name to written on the wall of Dangote refinery and up till now the refinery could not produce 2 litres, it’s a shame👌🏼

Alhaji Dangote has finally spoken and put all to rest, the Refinery is starting next month.I will rather believe this man than the parasitic elements in NNPCL
He is a businessman and he knows that once this Behemoth starts operations,I bet he will be competing with the richest people in the world
Ignorant people don't understand what is at stake,a Refinery that will meet all of Nigeria's petroleum and industrialisation needs
How you may ask? the raw materials from this Refinery will service pharmaceutical needs, manufacturing needs, construction needs
The list is endless my people. Some of us strategically positioned ourselves to benefit from this Refinery and we have invested heavily in properties around this location
It is not too late but the door of investment is closing in that location
Companies are already buying up properties waiting to start building industries

This is what is called a Game Changer for Nigeria, saving us billions in forex and providing Employment for thousands of Nigerians also
I end with this question, wetin you go gain today if Dangote Refinery start operations?
My sales go increase for sure

I'm a resident of Lagos. The state house of assembly is at Alausa, Ikeja and I can locate the place.
I only want to ask if these honorables have their offices (not the chamber for plenary session) there.

Maybe one can book an appointment.

The number of mentally re.tar.ded sickos that have invaded nairaland is mind boggling. They're so stupid they always end up making a fool of themselves.

This bingo here and others now call any sane Nigerian who has a contrary opinion Igbo. Any foreigner who stumbles on nairaland will easily assume that Nigeria has only two ethnic groups, i.e. Igbos and others. But in reality, we have over 280 ethnic groups. Tinubu is not buhari oga... doesn't matter if its same party , you were all happy when Buhari and Tinubu not in good terms then ... you all don't want their administration to succeed just to prove yeye point .. like the ones their before did well... I dont complain about the government at all... I know Nigerians well , very well... NIGERIAns are not really good people ... if you like no gree , you can keep decieving yourself... government will give loan for business , some will collect go buy cars dey cruise or satisfy their wants , a lot of programs they do , those beneficiary will not come out openly to say it cus they don't want to account for the money ... see ehn many of you don't know anything, see what happened to mtn recently, just small mistake from their IT team , borrowed money cleared , people still went ahead to borrow again within 7hrs more than what the owe before ... I don't have problem with anyone in charge at all... even if it were to b Obi sef... make Nigeria dey okay ... but people always blaming the government for everything is always tiring,
