Truth be told, you can migrate to Brazil with that funds. Malta isn't a country you can go without proper guide. First there embassy is not in Nigeria. You either go to Egypt, Ethiopia, Dubai.
Only flight ticket to these countries have taken your funds. I think you are not well informed and you will be jinxed soon and all your funds will be flushed in a twinkle of an eye.
