Getting educated and getting a good job can earn you that most especially outside the country. There is a time to acquire skills and a time to work for money and a time for money to work for you...for every hustle there is a business behind the hustle...the dr u mentioned cam own hospital or a diagnostic facility...radiological facility...xray...ct...mri etc.....pharmacy and u see that dr earn 10 to 100m per year can even be more.
