Job Description
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the farm, including crop cultivation, livestock care, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage budgets, and expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
-Coordinate sales of farm products, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory.
-Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
-Personnel Management
-Crop and Livestock Management:
-Equipment and Facility Maintenance:

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field; advanced degree or specialized certifications may be beneficial.
- 7 - 17 years work experience.
- Extensive experience in Farm management, Sales & Marketing is plus.

Skills
Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
Proficiency in farm operations, including crop production, animal husbandry, and machinery use.
Knowledge of agricultural techniques, trends, and best practices.
Financial management and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
