The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye is ecstatic, thanking God for the gift of life as he clocks 55.

In a message posted across his social media pages, the SSG described his journey so far as "a ride through thick and thin".

"I'm thankful for the gift of life and the grace to celebrate another year. It has been a ride through thick and thin, but in all, praise be to Allah.

I thank the Almighty for the help to bear the onerous responsibilities that serving my state entails."

The SSG noted that although his social responsibility is tasking, he remains committed to serving and carrying out his duties diligently.

"I rejoice in the privilege to serve in my capacity as the Secretary to the State Government, a testament to the trust and confidence reposed in me by His Excellency, Sen. Ademola Adeleke and the state at large."

"The task ahead is enormous, but nonetheless, I remain committed to the service of our people. I pledge my undivided loyalty as I continue to build on my administrative skills for the uplifment and betterment of our state."

"I want to thank everyone for your prayers and support over the years. I pray we all live long enough to reap the fruits of the new Osun."
