My husband lives in suburb in Owerri and he was meant to call me hours ago, it's unlike him. His phone says it is off and does not call. He normally charges at the travel centre or hair salon as they use a generator if power goes out. but I am still confused why he is taking such a long time now. It's very unusual. I'm wondering if the MTN network is down?
