It's not hidden fact that I like plantain a bit more than normal.
Plantain is my staple food, so as the plantain ambassador that I am 😀 I've had to come up with different ways to make and enjoy it.

Obesity:
Blend the ripe plantain with raw beans. Add raw egg, tomatoes and fresh pepper. Blend. Add big crayfish and slice onions. Boil like moi moi

Its a KO (knock-out) to the soul and taste buds.
I was researching recipes and this is one of the best. Fish from the ocean to the pot. In 9ja it would mostly be from the river or lake to the pot.😀
