Below is the real reasons:
In its 2023 H1 report, the company lamented that the business environment continued to be very challenging with foreign exchange (FX) availability affecting its ability to settle foreign currency-denominated trade payables with product suppliers.

“As a result, it remained difficult to maintain consistent supply to the market,” GSK Nigeria added.

Check the top 100 failed companies in Nigeria and you'll notice that most of them are Yorubas..

If you live in Lagos, you'll notice that most Yoruba structured companies prefer to hire Igbos.

You spoke facts. I would just drop 2 examples of public quoted companies they mismanaged in Nigeria. Briscoe Nigeria PLC and Cadbury Nigeria. Seyi Onajide mismanaged Briscoe by bringing in all his family members to become managers in the company and carrying olosho from monday to Friday in Night clubs in Lagos. If you ask am why he dey always club, he go talk say na for club him dey seal all him deals.
