Focus: That no Man Should Glory in Flesh

The word for today
Each time God allows His people to face various challenges in various aspects of life; He does that to ensure that no man takes glory in flesh. He will not but always bring men to the end of themselves to renew their intense desire for Him!

The major reason behind the various failures or misfortunes we experience in various aspects of life as children of God is to ensure that we lose confidence to the best of our capability and to put absolute trust in Him. Take for example; despite all you have you still lack some things readily available to someone so very close to you. Even those you think they have what you don't have lack something else.

It is not enough that you are smart, have experience, connections, skill, certificates, and good moral characteristics; you are still not made until you have come to understand that the race is not for the swift, nor battle for the strong, nor riches for men of understanding (Eccl 9:11). The Lord wants a situation whereby when people look at your life the only explanation they will have is - it is God (2Cor 4:7). Don't wrestle with God in any aspect of life but rather acknowledge Him to have His way because He will never allow the flesh to glory in His presence.
