The people in charge should be sincere about this .. deadline approaching and I have not seen anyone been able to request the loan successfully... Well, if there is anyone... kindly tell us how you do it

The deadline is next week.

The money is budgeted and after next week, what happens if nobody v bern able to apply

Are they going to lock up the money and share it among themselves?
Even the little meant for the masses they want to steal it?

Well my own I succeeded in going next after uploading cac after several clicks, the problem is at the end of the when they ask me to cross my details, I always see that my account was automatically replaced with another person's account, even when I will logg off, and tried to loggin back, it's says I correct password or user not found...... They are not sincere about this at all.

This is pure corruption taking place in full blast and full force.

Who are yhose on charge?

They plan is looking like making sure no one accesses the loan while the money has been budgeted for and they administratord will seat back and do away with the money??

From what you mentioned above those are signs of a cheap nd scammy website, although I haven’t see the site yet. Only scammy websites replaces users account without user approval. Be careful not to reuse ♻️ your password when signing up for those funny websites
