ZOOM's theme aligns with doing the inner work (Reflection & Action) required to release oneself of mental and emotional trauma facilitated through movement and breath work (prana) as healing tools or strategies. A workout favorite! The track also features American underground rapper ThatHooliganCasanova on the intro. The finished track was recorded in 2021 in Delta State, Nigeria and mixed and mastered by Crossroadz.
