My mother gave birth to a male child which was her first but died, she also gave birth to other 3 girls which 2 died in an accident on different occasions and the 3rd one has nothing to show for in life, my mother got married to my father and had me as a boy and I literally grew up spending most of my life with her but there's something that has been occurring to me as I grow older, there was a time I was doing fine financially and able to strive for myself without a cause even while I was very younger (am 27 now) my dad died and we had to move out of the house, my mom wants me to do everything she says and wants, when we moved out I got a two bedroom and after some months I furnished it, there was a day we sat down in the parlour and my mom called all the furniture "panti" that if she has a chance to travel abroad she will leave behind all this panti, I was broken and since then I couldn't help my reaction towards her, I had a girl that cane to stay with me for about 2 months and my mom was always frowning and even came to sit-down watching me and this girl eat one day inside my room and then challenged her in front of me that why is she using the bottle directly and can't use cup I was embarrassed and chased her out of my room, I noticed also that whenever I give her money I'm always broke for a long time and whatever I tell her would not work out or whatever she know about me would die instantly, I thought it was just a mere coincidence not until my other siblings which happened to be my elder sisters children that are grown up started telling me the same thing that they always have a problem or go broke whenever they help her, I have been questioning myself alot if I'm not making a wrong preference, the same woman was sitting down from one shop to another when we got to this street and would tell me it's cause she doesn't want to be bored, I got tired of her bullshit and told her one day that I would like to go and rent my own place and we should live separately and since then, I haven't had that opportunity to make this move, my mother has ruined things for me to the extent that if I want to buy something in the house she would instigate I don't even by the irritating look she gives... I don't know what to do cause I have lost alot and whenever I go out to my friends place or my siblings telling them not to tell her where I was, I always get money miraculously and she won't stop calling everyone to find out where I am but when I come back home, it's from one problem to another, I'm at the verge of killing myself because of this cause I lost my peace and sanity already .

Just create a distance and assist her from a far. I really can't defend a woman, not my thing.

Your mum solely staying with you should be structured. i.e you have a boys quarter where she stays. something of such nature.

Your mother is not the problem. Rather you seem to have a superlative imagination that weaves blame her way. Start learning how to better manage your time, finances and also decisions no matter the shape of your moms face and you should see a lot of your complaints fly out the window.
