I just wanted to warn anyone who might stumble on RillaHost and wants to sign up for a hosting package with them. They are unresponsive, stay away!!!

I discovered about two weeks ago that a personal site I hosted with them was down. I emailed them to find out why. However, I have yet to receive a response until now.

I later found out on X that some people had complained about something similar around September or October. They never responded to those people.

At that point, I figured maybe my site had even been down for months because I rarely check or post on it. Worse, I haven't been downloading backups this year, unlike me.

This is the worst hosting company I have come across. With this experience, I am now scared to try another Nigerian or obscure hosting company again!

PS: I'm issuing this warning because their website was still up. Would have done so days ago but the forum was down.

Omo, they don do you bad Migrate to Truehost, they are the best right now.
