i'm a science student studing physics in the university, please can i still change to accounting or sit for SSCE and jamb to apply to accounting. Author, my advise 4 U is dt sit 4 anoda SSCE, 'coz dere is no way U culd use UR science SSCE result; then, apply 4 Accointing.
D truth is dt, accounting is competiting and superside all oda Financial Mgt Course.
Moreover, u've d opportunity of working in any establishment.
So, go 4 Accounting its a 9ice course!

Am an acounting student in lautech.i dont know the school u are but you can take transfer to lautech acounting department.

With a minimum credit pass in English, Maths,Economics, Biology and Literature, you are good to go

No need to sit for another SSCE once u've got credit+ in English, Maths, Economics and ANY TWO subjects. -Source: JAMB brochure.

Just lyk in d skul I finished my ND in Accounting (polyibadan), many were allowed to study accounting without having accounting in their SSCE.

it is nt advisable here in a.b.u, so i advice u finished ur physics and probably apply accounting at master level.

What is wrong with ABU accounting?

To study accounting, you need 5 credits maths and english inclusive, Economics and any other 2 SOCIAL science course. So check your course combination.

i said nt advisable because, in accounting u must hav the basic knowledge either at secondary or at your first year for u to do well in ur academics.
So, the issue of lookin 4 transfer wil nt give u dat opportunity to get the bases am talking about, exept where ur transfer takes u to 100level.
It is more advisable to rewrite jamb.

With Algebra, bearings and algorithms No! But one should be good with numbers, calculative and analytical

Accounting is based on statistics, little bit of integration and differentiation(simpler forms) mathematically
